Stringent checks are carried out to ensure all potential Cheshunt Group employees are legally eligible to work within the U.K. All new staff go through a training needs analysis program whereby an assessment of their skill level is recorded with a view to developing their training needs. We see their personal development and training key to building foundations in becoming a recognised provider of quality cleaning and support services.
All staff are then trained in accordance with site specific instructions, paying close attention to Health and Safety procedures, security and client confidentiality.
If instructed by our client, we carry out a D.B.S. (Disclosure & Barring Service) check, where staff are working in highly confidential areas or within the proximity of young children.
